What is the shipping time?
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days across India. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) receive orders in 2-4 days, while remote pin codes may take 5-7 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders above ₹499 across India. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver to over 25,000+ pin codes across India, including remote areas. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm serviceability.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track it from your Nouryva account under "My Orders".
What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you are unavailable, you can reschedule the delivery via the courier's tracking page or contact us for assistance.

How fresh are your products?
Every Nouryva pack is sealed in small batches the same week it ships. We don't sit on inventory — our dry fruits have a shelf life of 6-9 months and roasted makhana stays fresh for 4-6 months when stored in a cool, dry place.
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes, absolutely. We use no preservatives, no artificial colours, and no chemical treatments. Even our flavoured makhana uses real spices, rock salt, and traditional recipes — nothing artificial.
Are your products FSSAI certified?
Yes, Nouryva is FSSAI Licensed. Every batch is tested for quality, freshness, and safety standards. Our FSSAI License Number is displayed on every product pack.
What is the difference between zipper packs and jars?
Zipper packs are lightweight, re-sealable pouches — perfect for daily use, travel, or trying new flavours. Premium PET jars are elegant, kitchen-ready containers with secure caps — ideal for long-term storage, kitchen counters, and gifting.
How should I store the products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container or seal the zipper tightly. For longer freshness, refrigeration is recommended, especially in humid climates.
Are there any allergens in your products?
Our products contain tree nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachios). Some flavoured makhana variants contain dairy (cheese flavour) and traces of gluten. Please check the ingredient list on each product carefully if you have allergies.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window for damaged, defective, or wrong products. Due to food safety regulations, opened or consumed products cannot be returned. Please contact us at hello@nouryva.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
How do I initiate a return?
Email hello@nouryva.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210 with your order ID and photos of the damaged or incorrect product. Our team will guide you through the pickup and refund process within 24 hours.
How long does the refund take?
Once the returned product reaches us and is inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are available for the same product variant or equivalent value items, subject to availability. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), net banking, wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay), and Cash on Delivery.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India for orders up to ₹3,000. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹40 may apply.
Is online payment secure?
Yes, all online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
Can I use a discount code?
